Airport News: The new Adelaide Airport Terminal is currently under construction and when completed in late 2005 will integrate the Domestic, International and GA terminals in a new two-storey building.
Transfer between Terminals: Transfer between the terminals is provided by the Airport Bus service.
Driving Directions: Follow Sir Donald Bradman Drive from Adelaide city centre and turn off down Sir Richard Williams Drive after 5km (3 miles).
Car Parking: Long- and short-term car parking is available at the airport, at both the International and Domestic terminals.
Public Transport: Road: Taxi: There are taxi ranks at the Domestic and International terminal forecourts (journey time to the city centre: 15 minutes) and all taxis are metered. Bus: The Airport Bus operates every 30 minutes from the terminals during flight operation hours and links the airport with the city centre.
Information and Help Desks: Information and service desks (tel: (0)8 8308 9276) are located in the check-in areas or both the International and Domestic terminals.
Airport Facilities: Money and communications: There is a bureau de change, public telephones and an ATM in the International Terminal. There are two ATMs and public telephones in the Domestic Terminal Departures area. Eating and drinking: There are restaurants, bars and a coffee shop in the Domestic Terminal. There is also a coffee shop and bar in the Departures area of the International Terminal. Shopping: There are newsagents, clothing and gift shops and a duty-free shop (in the International Terminal). Other facilities: There are baby changing rooms in the Domestic and International terminals.
Conference and Business Facilities: Conference room facilities are available in the Domestic Terminal only. Qantas VIP Lounges (tel: (0)8 8208 8869) are located in both the Domestic and International terminals; fax, photocopying and Internet facilities are available. VIP lounges and a A Silver Kris Lounge are situated in the International Terminal.
Disabled Facilities: All facilities at the airport are designed for persons with disabilities where necessary. There are lifts, ramps and designated toilets. Disabled parking is provided next to the entrance to each terminal building. There are TDD telephones for hearing-impaired travellers.
